Merill Place is an 85,000 square foot residence hall completed for Plymouth State University. The client was challenged with an aggressive schedule and tight budget. Their goal was to create a premier residence hall for upper classman that could double as a hotel for conferences during the summer months. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
